Our future prosperity depends upon nurturing new businesses & providing them with premises to expand.

The new business Innovation Centre at Lymington Road follows the success of the first business suites at the South Devon College. I have also supported the Cockington Sea Change project which will provide units for arts & craft businesses as well as a new lease of life for Cockington Court

In total our Innovation centres have now supported over 100 new businesses & I have also agreed the Bishops Place building in Paignton town centre should be our next innovation centre.

Additionally, I have supported the Edginswell & Whiterock business parks.
